Formfreude = joy of form(s)
Some time ago, in a roundabout way, I landed onto this web log, seemingly exsisting in a parallel universe: formfreu.de, set up by two former Pforzheimer FH Transportation buddies.
I do not want to keep you from this find, especially not because the modus operandi is so close to our beloved CFX formula. (Did anyone there say CFX|DE?)
Visits to car musea and -races warrant the most delicious spots and details - but wait! - there's also fashion shows, architecture, life in trendy cities (especially Berlin and Barcelona), the hip happenings that go with this and all the other side issues and periphery that are worthwile... everything is registered and documented with a sharp eye for composition and the gripping imagery is tied together with -German- wording that is charming yet competent and to-the-point. (I really thought I heard someone say CFX|DE there).

An absolute recommendation and worth many, many hours of picture book reading with a big smile on your face.

@Geert: great link, great blog, great pictures. Strolling through this site makes you want to grab your camera and jump in your car. Berlin, Barcelona.....somewhere in between those cultural cities lays Ingolstadt, home of CFX/BAV.....the world as a collection of niches.....the "Longer Tail" anyone?

@Geert: This one is for me. Respect or the "total recall" on a sketch made for nomads, somewhere in the universe a long long time ago.
Seeing the old Sitges circuit in reality made a big impact, beamed me back (forward) straight into Star Wars Episode I. Anyone who visit this coastal village go find that unknown spot of historic racing. Yes, its semi-illegal to get on the track, but worth the risk of being bitten by aggressive dogs.
